This first block is to establish the foundation that will enable the student to know the areas of professional development; the powers and ethical and legal responsibilities of architects; relationships with customers, administration and others involved with planning and building. It also offers the diversity of forms of professional practice; the professional organization of architects; the documents comprising the architectural projects.

The second block seeks to provide students with the knowledge legal (administrative, environmental, urban, real estate, construction and rehabilitation) that affect the configuration of architectural and urban projects, and to determine its planning, design and execution. It also includes the legal framework of occupancy and building maintenance throughout its life cycle, until its demise and replacement.

This third block aims to achieve the necessary to begin to familiarize students with planning management and discipline skills; with the planning, execution and management of architectural projects; and real estate management of buildings.

Finally, the fourth block trains students in the knowledge of the techniques and principles of property valuation, the economic evaluation of the architectural and urban project (measurements, budgets and economic control of the development and construction). It also allows learning about the economic viability analysis; as well as the interaction between architecture and real estate projects
