The legislative aspect of architectural practice is just as important as its design or construction. Therefore, this matter induce to familiarize with the knowledge of legislation and law, administrative and planning regulations, on the development of professional practice. For the first time in the degree, it presents those administrative and professional management and processing procedures which are needed to carry out any type of work.

 

It also allows to learn about the mechanisms of writing and managing urban planning, the direction and management of real estate, and methods of measurement, assessment and examination. On the other hand, it provides an introduction to feasibility study of plans and projects, exposing the necessary skills to evaluate buildings and constructions.

 

To present in an organized form, this course is divided into four main sections:    - Profession                  - Management

                                     - Legislation                  - Assessment
