Based on a personal previous project of a multi-family housing, we dimension all those facilities as water supply, water drainage, gas supply, electricity, telecommunications, sanitation and ventilation. This 

1. Water supply: covers an extensive route that goes from the distribution network, through the interior of the building, to the interior of the house.

2. Sanitation: collects gray water from the humid rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens, and leads to a pipe located outside the building. 

3. Gas supply: is connected with the urban network of Gas Natural that reaches the regulation cabinet in deck  through the feed tube. The distribution of gas ducts is made by facade to ensure a complete ventilation and registrability. 

4. Telecommunications: the building must ensure the provision of spaces for the implementation of telecommunications infraestructures.

5. Electricity supply: comes from the public network on the ground floor, enters in the CGP (general enclosure) and addres to the interior of the common areas to the counter centralization.

6. Ventilation: we must ensure the three types of ventilation marked by CTE: additional ventilation, complementary ventilation and general ventilation
