3 detached houses in "caldes d'estrac"

This building project consist in designing the detached houses on these three sites in order to work on various construction systems. It allows to stablish different affinities related with space and the bounding elements.
The chosen site is located in the coastal town of Caldes d'Estract, ubicated in the Maresme (Catalonia). It is defined by two hills as a main element of its training guidelines.
Frente a una situación donde el emplazamiento escogido tendría que ser fundamental para la determinación de la integración de los espacios arquitectónicos, desgraciadamente fue de poca importancia en el proceso proyectual de cada una de mis propuestas. Al centrarnos en la parcela correspondiente, parecía que mi proyecto había olvidado el análisis sobre el entorno realizado con anterioridad y se ubicaba en una superficie determinada por el programa y aislada de cualquier contexto.
LOCATION:
Faced with a site that shoud have been essential, my projects forgot any previous analysis of the environment and are located in a particular area isolated form any context.
The house-workshop fo the artisan defines a courtyard-house based on the a wall system. It delimitates the two hoizontal dimensions, orientating the building towards the "Passeig Marítim."
The house-workshop for the sculptor, defined by using a bar framework, represents a garden-house in order to enhance the promenade as a public spac delimitated by the various private gardens.
The house-workshop for a writer is proposed as a viewpoint in front of the landscape through a rigid system of concrete slab that offers views to the horizon.

Although the structural system was imposed by the program, I simply design a ground plan which adapts to the required structure, without having in mind the definition of the space.

Due to the lack of command of the representation systems as Autocad or Sketchup, the project description is showned in a poorly way.
construction:
Because of the lack of knowledge of the constructive systems, my projects define an extremely poor facade design.
facilities:
My projects offer no
consideration of the necessary facilities for housing, possibly due to the lack of knowledge on this subject.
ambience:
The design has been made exclusively from the ground plan, so there is no percpetion of the defined indoor nor outdoor areas.
