the materiality. Furthermore, the treatment of the graphical representation has qualitatively improved. However, there is still a lack of work in the perception of the designed space, as well as in the incorporation of facilities.
This project consist in designing on a triangular plot a single block of flats that combines distinct types of apartment. The final result offers an integrate image, as well as an improved work on the structure and
construction:
The project offers a careful attention to the definition of the exterior envelope. However, I still did not have enough knowledge to be able to design the corresponding construction details.
ambience:
There is an effort to imagine the exterior image of the buildings, but it is not enough to define a global view and the way people apropiate the designed space.
facilities:
There is a vague consciousness about the presence of facilities, as ensuring the ventilation in humid areas or incorporating courtyards and some practical spaces.
structure:
This project shows, for the first time, a reflection on the choice of the estructural system. Separated pillars, by 5 to 7.5m, allow the correct operation of the car park located in the underground.
LOCATION:
A first approach to the integration into the environment is seen in this project. There is a previous analysis of the context to provide a shape which is adapted to the neighborhood.
representation:
The graphic representation is much better than the previous presented projects. It allows to transmit a clear idea of the building's image. Nevertheless, there is a lack of intentionality.
