intention is to propose a modern model similar to that of "illa de l'Eixample" which redistribute shops, public buildings, housing and industry in a coherent and compatible way. 

This public work consist in proposing a view urban structure, created around Santader Street, the main transitory street in "Sant Adrià del Besós" neighbourhood. Though specific data was given in the briefing, the project's

The learned knwoledge about informatic programs has allowed me to improve the explanation of my projects. For this reson, according to the information I want to transmit, I use schemes, sections, perspectives or plans.     

 

 

ambience:

There is an effort to imagine the exterior areas designed in my proposal It is not easy to combine so many different spaces, so the treatment should be carefully thought. 

 

 

location:

The final proposal presents an integrated project that improves conditions in the zone, which is currently in fairly abandoned conditions. The effort to combine shops, public buildings, housing and industry is well settled.
