intention is to propose a modern model similar to that of "illa de l'Eixample" which redistribute shops, public buildings, housing and industry in a coherent and compatible way.
This public work consist in proposing a view urban structure, created around Santader Street, the main transitory street in "Sant Adrià del Besós" neighbourhood. Though specific data was given in the briefing, the project's

There is an effort to describe the ambience that characterise the different areas of this proposal. However, the graphic representation is not good enough to feel and understand completely the character of each place.
location:
A completed analysis of the urban environment is crucial to choose the site of this intervention. For this reason, I have worked on different intentioned schemes, to represent the most important analysed concepts of the environment, which have been essentials to the development of my proposal.

Hand drawings permit to better express the intentionality of the project. For this reason, we can appreciate the careful work in drawing complex and detailes plans to facilitate the understanding of the project..
In this first part, the intention is to propose a more urban street, from changing the section and allowing the continuity to the pedestrian throughout the tour. In addition, a green promenade is placed, where service housing in a more domestic scale are included
In this second part, a renovation of the facades of industries is proposed, creating services intended for industries. Furthermore, the main viari road is stretched to converge directly into the area of Bellvitge's hospital, trhough creating a new entry from a extensive place.
